Secret Garden Affair in Marbella, Spain

Haven’t we all dreamed of a secret garden wedding? I felt like I was living my modern Bridgerton dream being a part of this elegant affair. This secret garden inspired wedding was held at Finca la Concepción in Marbella, Spain and it was a total fairytale.

The venue is chic in the most effortless way. It was lush and elegant, full of palm trees and greenery with striking mountains in the distance. The Finca was originally a foundry factory in 1837. Many years after the factory was closed, the building was restored to its original state but this time, as a venue filled with traditional Andalusian style.

Ellie and William stole the show with their bold style. Ellie wore two stunning dresses, one was a beautiful long-sleeved jumpsuit with a delicate lace train, and the other was a classic fitted silhouette with statement ruffle sleeves. William was in a sharp black suit, looking draper and definitely fitting the part. These two had the most electric connection that shined throughout the entire day - they completely took my breath away.

When I say this day was straight out of a fairytale, I’m not joking! The bride and groom were welcomed into the garden by an elegantly decorated table hanging from a beautiful tree (I know, I’m swooning too). Romantic floral arrangements covered the table with pastel, neutral tones and subtle accents of moss and greenery throughout.

Our stationery featured a handmade wedding menu design with hand torn edges, delicate calligraphy, and a wax seal stamp. Just to give it that personal touch, we added a dried pink flower on top of the seal because there is no such thing as too many florals.

The garden-inspired wedding design featured modern touches while still creating a classic vintage feel. To really set the mood, tall vintage candelabras and gold-rimmed glassware decked the table and gave it that extra touch. Just when you think it can’t get any better, a vintage car comes around the corner with a floral arrangement in the backseat that makes your jaw drop. This really sealed the deal and gave us all those ‘just married’ butterflies.

The entire theme of this day matched our mood and the feelings that we want every single client to experience on the most special day of their lives - dreamy, elegant and personal.
