Design Process

1) Inquiry. The custom wedding invitation journey begins with a short, online Q&A. You will find the form here. Please fill out this questionnaire to start the design process.
When you have submitted your preferences, and a little background about yourself, we’ll then use this information to better understand what you are looking for.

2) Proposal, here we’ll get to know each other a little better, and fully connect over what you have envisioned for your big day. Then, our designer, Mary, will create a unique proposal based on what we have discussed.

3) Retainer, once we have agreed on the wedding stationery design, you will need to complete a 50% deposit to secure our service.

4) Design, we will personally design your wedding invitations and deliver the first proof to you for review.
At this stage, you will be able to request any adjustments you would like, such as a change of font, color, layout etc…

When you are happy with the custom wedding invitation and overall design, and it has been signed off. We will request that the remaining 50% of the payment be completed.

5) Ready to Print, we will print, cut, assemble and tuck everything ready for you. You will receive all the envelopes ready to stamp and mail out.

The Time-Line of a Custom Wedding Invitation

Custom wedding stationery takes a little longer to produce than a standard invitation. Typically, this type of work takes around 4 to 8 weeks to produce; however, the overall time will be reflected in how many revisions we need to make.
